Delivery ETA
Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location.

We deliver products Australia-wide. Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

We also offer local delivery in Perth (Butler to Mandurah), which is 1-2 business days.

Buyer obligations/responsibilities
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to an incorrect address.

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing hello@lanewaydesignstudio.com.au. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and keep you posted.
